Terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the sale of products on the swissrollup.ch website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you accept these conditions in their entirety.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are business cards and roll-ups. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. We endeavor to provide accurate information, but errors may occur.
3. Control
To place an order, you must follow the online ordering process. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been validated.
4. Awards
Product prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs) and include VAT. Delivery charges will be added to the total amount of the order.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other method specified on the Site. The order will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and depend on transport services. In case of delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by e-mail to contact@swissrollup.ch.
8. Repayment terms
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
9. Warranties
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect, please contact us to arrange a return.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site, including text, images and logos, are protected by copyright and are the property of Griffur. Any reproduction is forbidden without authorization.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The conditions applicable are those in force at the time of the order.
